Darrell Capps
Darrell started his automotive career 26 years ago, aged just 18, when he joined Mercedes Benz in Essex, UK, as their Trainee Technician, from there he went on to become a fully qualified Mechanic, having completed all the Mercedes Benz training and becoming a fully qualified representative for Mercedes.
Moving into automotive sales, Darrell worked all over London, for multiple franchises. His knowledge and understanding of each brand is remarkable, with his career taking him all over England, and finally into Jersey 11 years ago.
Darrell joined Motor Mall in June 2013 as their Workshop Manager, moving on to the Mansell Collection as Aftersales Manager, and then to Jacksons as Aftersales Reception Manager. His reputation for a high level of knowledge and understanding does not go unnoticed, nor does his flair for exceptional customer service.

Kelly Capps
Kelly started her automotive career 21 years, starting her career as a Service Advisor for Arnold Clark, based in Edinburgh, from there she went onto work for BMW, Mini, and Land Rover, as their New and Used Sales Administrator.
Moving to Jersey in July 2011, Kelly joined Motor Mall as their Multi Franchise Sales Administrator, then quickly climbed the ladder to become Business Manager at Jacksons for a period of 5 years until 2018.
Having found a flair for Motor and Asset funding, Kelly progressed her career into a world of finance, joining Smart Money as their Business Development Manager, before founding The Loan Hub Limited in 2022, which she is the Managing Director.
With a reputation for exceptional customer service, and nothing less than 5-star reviews with existing business The Loan Hub, Kelly knew that jointly with her husband Darrell, they could offer not only premium quality vans to islanders at competitive prices, but also offer tailer made motor funding options to assist buyers with their purchase if required.
